In a strategic initiative aimed at fortifying collaborations with the private sector, His Excellency Eng. Marwan Ahmed bin Ghalita, Director General of the Dubai Land Department (DLD), has announced the launch of the “6005AQARI” platform. This new digital service is introduced in partnership with Enjaz Center, the Real Estate Registration Trustee, and marks a significant step towards modernizing real estate services in Dubai.

The unveiling ceremony of the “6005AQARI” platform was attended by Mr. Ahmed Al Suwaidi, Director General of Enjaz Center, along with several executive directors and department heads from the Dubai Land Department. This platform represents a major leap in delivering real estate services remotely, utilizing video calls and WhatsApp messaging to facilitate transactions and inquiries, thereby eliminating the need for in-person office visits.

Khalifa Al Salfa, Director of the Service Leadership Department at DLD, emphasized the importance of this collaboration, stating, “Partnerships with the private sector are crucial for achieving the ambitious goals of the Dubai Land Department. Our aim is to cement Dubai’s position as a global leader in the real estate sector. This initiative aligns with the visionary leadership’s focus on integrating efforts across public and private sectors to enhance service delivery.”
