In a strategic initiative aimed at fortifying collaborations with the private sector, His Excellency Eng. Marwan Ahmed bin Ghalita, Director General of the Dubai Land Department (DLD), has announced the launch of the “6005AQARI” platform. This new digital service is introduced in partnership with Enjaz Centre, the Real Estate Registration Trustee, and marks a significant step towards modernising real estate services in Dubai.

The unveiling ceremony of the “6005AQARI” platform was attended by Mr. Ahmed Al Suwaidi, Director General of Enjaz Centre, along with several executive directors and department heads from the Dubai Land Department. This platform represents a major leap in delivering real estate services remotely, utilising video calls and WhatsApp messaging to facilitate transactions and inquiries, thereby eliminating the need for in-person office visits.

Khalifa Al Salfa, Director of the Service Leadership Department at DLD, emphasised the importance of this collaboration, stating, “Partnerships with the private sector are crucial for achieving the ambitious goals of the Dubai Land Department. We aim to cement Dubai’s position as a global leader in the real estate sector. This initiative aligns with the visionary leadership’s focus on integrating efforts across public and private sectors to enhance service delivery.”

Al Salfa further elaborated on the benefits of the new platform: “By working with Enjaz Centre, we can offer proactive and seamless real estate services that adhere to the latest regulations and leverage Dubai’s advanced digital infrastructure. The ‘6005AQARI’ platform’s capabilities to handle services via video call and WhatsApp enhance customer convenience, significantly reduce the need for office visits, and streamline the management of real estate transactions.”

The “6005AQARI” platform is designed to facilitate real estate transactions and support all parties involved in a swift and effective manner.
